Participant

• The contest opens for Customer’s children and public with age 8-12th years old
• Participant have to complete the data that has been written in front of drawing page
• This contest is closed for Commonwealth Life Employee and Sales Force

About the Contest

• Theme: 20th Commonwealth Life Anniversary & National Children's Day 2012
• Free to use for any kind of drawing tools

Picture Submission

• Put the picture inside the envelope.
• Put a title “Lomba Menggambar 20th CommLife” on the right corner above of the envelope
• Send the picture to:
  Commonwealth Life
  Marketing Department
  Wisma Metropolitan II, 8th floor
  Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 29-31 – Jakarta 12920

Contest period

• The contest period is until 10th August 2012

Judging

• The picture has been submitted will be Commonwealth Life property.
• Commonwealth Life has a right to disqualified the participant if there any fraud before and after the assessment.
• Commonwealth Life has a right to use the winning picture as publicity material without winner’s permission.
• The result from judges is valid and can not be changed.

Prizes

1. Main prize for the best winner (1 winner) – Scholarship amounted to Rp 3 mio & Holiday Package for 4 persons (nuclear family) to DreamWorld, Australia and spend night for 3 days and 2 nights in 4 stars hotel in Goald Coast, Australia.
   
   • DreamWorld Australia Holiday Package is valid for nuclear family consist of 4 (four) persons
   • The winner have to submit Australian VISA that approved by Australian Embassy in Indonesia
   • The winner must have a passport that still valid by minimum period 9 months ahead
   • The winner have to submit the newest copy of family card
   • Prizes are valid until February 2013 since the winners announcement
   • Prizes are valid according to terms & conditions applied
   • Prizes are can not be transferable to the other person
2. Consolation prizes for 4 winners – Scholarship amounted to Rp 1.5 mio for each winner and Commonwealth Life merchandise

The winner announcement and its pictures will be show on media publication:

• CommWorld bulletin, Oktober 2012 edition
• Commonwealth Life website (www.commlife.co.id) on 1st week of September 2012
